Hotel Colessio, a 39 bedroom boutique property situated in the city of Stirling close to the historic castle is looking to appoint a Head Housekeeper to join the team and build upon the excellent standards already set.

Are you an experienced Head Housekeeper with an excellent hotel background and track record? You will be a natural leader, your standards will be exemplary.

Training, motivating, planning and organising your department will be key attribute and a natural strength.

The role of housekeeping within the hotel is exceptionally important to the satisfaction of our guests and will greatly contribute to the success of the business.

Ordering stock and equipment, preparing rosters, inspecting cleaning standards, remedial and quality control, team and operational development, reporting and managing maintenance, product enhancement, product development, assisting with refurbishment planning, budget control - these are just some of the skills you should possess.
