HR Support Administrator - Gloucestershire, United Kingdom - Safran

Job description:
Based in Gloucester, Safran UK operates the UK Shared Service Centre, providing key services to all Safran's UK businesses - including transactional finance, indirect procurement, HR, tax and international mobility management.
Your role will be to support the overall HR function completing administration within an employee lifecycle. This includes HR documentation, processing expenses and supporting logístical arrangements for training.
You will inform employees about their rights and duties, ensure the accuracy of all employee information, and ensure the remuneration of employees according to the set schedule.
You will:
- Act as a first point of contact for Learning & Development enquiries and internal communication at SUK; including hosted employees; administering the day to day processes and procedures key in this role.
- Utilise Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Management System (TMS) to administer the day to day processes and procedures; including logistics.
- Support the HRM & HR Advisor ensuring all HR policies are up to date, communicated and embedded across SUK.
- Ensure Benefits are actively promoted and systems updated.
- Ensure LMS & TMS administration is completed, with records fully updated to support payroll and wider HR activities.
- Coordinate any logístical/ administration requirements for employee meetings, training and events.
- Support any wellbeing and communication initiatives.
- Ensure current training options are live and available within the LMS system.
- Support any L&D reporting requirements.
- Ensure HR remains compliant with all Records & Archiving (RAM) procedures.
- General administrative tasks to support the HR department.
- Support Graduate administration activity, as appropriate.
- Support/ Back fill for the HR Administrator Systems & Data, as required

Job requirements:
What do you need from me?
Essential
- Demonstrable experience of working in a demanding administration role; preferably in a HR department.
- Proficient with Microsoft Package (in particular: Word, Powerpoint & Excel) & sharepoint.
- Experience of working with a multitude of stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience of working with various IS systems, preferably within a HR environment (such as Success Factors)
- Able to adapt to a role that will evolve and contribute to the development of the role.
- Ability to work in a professional and confidential manner
- Excellent communication skills and willing to provide an excellent standard of customer service.
- Ability to multitask, as the role includes daily task variety and the need to adapt to task presented.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data
- NVQ3 in Administration or equivalent experience
- Attained or working towards CIPD Level 3
