Service Administrator duties include (but not limited to):

  • Provide first class customer service and admin support to ONE service team
  • Process paperwork post service / repair in a timely manner
  • Maintain workbooks in EXCEL
  • Answer telephone for service department and main switchboard
  • Process orders from customers for spare parts, contract and callouts
  • Process orders on ERP / FSM start to finish

About you
Previous experience in a similar role or a similarly demanding role would be ideal. Experience working with engineers or within a manufacturing / logistics environment would be advantageous but not essential.

We are looking for someone who is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Ideally, you will thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment; have strong administration and excel skills and the ability to prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment.


To be successful in this role you will be extremely organised, have high attention to detail and be a great team player.
