About the role:


  • As Customer Services you will be an integral role to successfully serving our customer base the Customer Service team will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service function in a professional and efficient manner to both new and existing customers, providing verbal and written advice on products, as well as processing customer orders over the telephone.

About you:


  • You will be someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • You will demonstrate an understanding of customer needs and have a service orientation, providing the highest quality of customer care at all times.
  • You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as a strong understanding of the demands of working in a busy Customer Service environment.
  • You will have experience of working within a call centre or Customer service role
  • Be confident using Microsoft office packages

Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Hybrid remote in London
