Our team of more than 5,500 professionals operate across the UK and Ireland, US, Bermuda and Canada.The Reconciliation Advisor will report to the Customer Care Team Leader within the Davies 24/7 Team based in Halesowen.
This position would suit someone with office administration or accounting experience within a regulated environment who is keen to develop a career with a dynamic, expanding company.
You'll be the person responsible for compiling invoices for some of our highest value HA and Insurance clients and making sure that they receive a monthly or quarterly bill totalling the correct amount for our services rendered.
It's a busy and varied role, with a broad range of responsibilities, but the fundamentals include:
- Compilation of weekly/monthly reports for some of our highest value HA and Insurance clients.
- Endtoend processing of invoicing.
- Investigating and correcting incorrect CRM system data on a casebycase basis.
- Collecting payments from customers via Stripe.
- Being available for regular Teams meetings with external clients to discuss billing.
- Handling general invoicing queries from clients in an efficient and professional manner.
- Providing regular feedback to Team Managers regarding any service failures or errors made by Contact Centre staff.
- Contribute to departmental meetings, projects and training sessions.
- Identify trends, complete root cause analysis and use MI to drive continual improvement.
- Effective management of client expectations.
Skills and Experience
- At least 1 years' experience in an officebased administration role.
- Being intermediate to skilled in the functionality of Microsoft Excel is absolutely essential.
- A deep knowledge of the CRM system is required.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a fastpaced and demanding administrative role.
- Ability to see things from the client's perspective and put the client first.
- Good standard of literacy along with excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven time management skills and a willingness to take ownership of work.
- The ability to work well under pressure to tight timescales.
- Methodical and organised approach to ensure that all customer contacts are correctly completed in a timely manner.
- Ability to multitask several different workflows and clients at any one time.
- Strong problemsolving skills coupled with an ability to negotiate through alternative solutions with the client.
