Description

We're looking for an Office Administrator to provide support across the Commercial Senior Leadership team and on occasion across the wider business, where our Executive Assistants may require additional support.

The role will be fast paced and varied ranging from helping to organise our leaders, maintain their diaries, scheduling meeting, supporting new joiners and be hand for any general support required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for booking meeting rooms on behalf of the senior leaders, and ensuring that they are fit for purpose before any meetings.
  • Meeting and greeting external guests on behalf of the senior leadership team.
  • Booking and managing all travel arrangements for the senior leadership team and arranging their meetings when required.
  • Working closely with all EAs across the business to support any admin tasks where needed.
  • Working on adhoc projects to support the Senior Leadership team.
  • Overseeing catering for meetings and events.
  • Organising team incentives.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience of working in an office environment
  • A positive 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent IT skills familiar with either Goggle Suit or Microsoft packages
  • Some experience in organising large numbers of people
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience as a EA/PA is advantageous but not essential
