With a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we take pride in our skilled team of professionals. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Painter to join our team.


Responsibilities:
As a Painter, you will play a vital role in enhancing the visual appeal of our construction projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


  • Preparing painting surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing them to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Selecting appropriate paints and materials for each project based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Ensuring the use of proper techniques to achieve a highquality and durable paint finish.
  • Implementing safety measures and using personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assisting in colour selection and offering creative input to clients when necessary.
  • Collaborating effectively with other team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition, and reporting any issues to supervisors.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Painter, with a strong portfolio showcasing various painting projects.
  • Ability to interpret project plans and specifications related to painting requirements.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for colour and design aesthetics.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to painting and construction work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Punctuality and reliability, with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
  • Must have a full UK driving licence (No more than 6 points)
