Our client is a leading and well-established construction and property maintenance company, dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients.

With a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we take pride in our skilled team of professionals. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Painter to join our team.

Responsibilities:
As a Painter, you will play a vital role in enhancing the visual appeal of our construction projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Preparing painting surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing them to ensure a smooth and even finish.
Selecting appropriate paints and materials for each project based on project requirements and specifications.
Ensuring the use of proper techniques to achieve a highquality and durable paint finish.
Implementing safety measures and using personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment.
Assisting in colour selection and offering creative input to clients when necessary.
Collaborating effectively with other team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition, and reporting any issues to supervisors.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Proven experience as a Painter, with a strong portfolio showcasing various painting projects.
Ability to interpret project plans and specifications related to painting requirements.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for colour and design aesthetics.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to painting and construction work.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Punctuality and reliability, with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
Must have a full UK driving licence (No more than 6 points)
