Are you a financial services administration professional, looking for a new role in a dynamic and supportive environment? Due to continued success in providing fee based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professionaland proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to the Financial Advisers and Paraplanning team.
Duties for this role will include:
- You will be a first point of contact, providing a high level of technical and administrative support to the team as well as maintaining an excellent level of client service to clients of Wealth Management firm
- You will be responsible for business submission using relevant software.
- Due to the regulatory environment we work within you will need to ensure that new business and tasks are processed in a timely way
- This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do' working style
- Ideally, you will have been working in Financial Services and have good allround knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop
- You have excellent communication skills and are highly organised. You are a selfstarter and able to work with little or no supervision
