The Arches Nursery is seeking passionate early years educators for a number of roles at our beautiful new nursery
Our story
Housed under two small railway arches, set in the vibrant East End and only a stone's throw away from Epping Forest, the Arches Nursery provides families with a unique and magical place for their little ones.
Our setting has been lovingly designed in a way that redefines early childhood care.
We have created a little working oasis that's uplifting, inspiring and a much more exciting work environment than a conventional nursery.
Nursery Assistant
The Role:
- To provide a safe and nurturing environment and exciting experiences for the children.
- To be responsible for the delivery of our learning through play approach.
- To be committed to delivering the nursery's vision and ethos.
- To provide an outstanding service that celebrates every child as an individual, through our learning programme built around the children's specific interests and developmental needs.
- To develop children's confidence in their emerging abilities and provide opportunities for children to perform tasks independently.
- To provide lots of opportunities for language rich play and support children with their social interactions and how to manage their feelings and emotions.
- Adhere to the nursery's policies, procedures and safeguarding practices in day to day practice.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with the children, parents and team members.
- To be committed to reflective practice and continual professional development.

- Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Love the outdoors and find wonder in exploring the world around you whilst supporting children with their curiosity to learn
- Childcare qualification desirable or willingness to work toward becoming qualified
