Job Role
Finance Department - Finance Officer


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Officer to join a fast-paced Finance Team to help support the day-to-day transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.


Activities/Responsibilities

  • Daily bank account download, payment, and reconciliation process (approx. 700 bank accounts)
  • Update and manage financial spreadsheets and databases
  • Generate and process multimillion pound payment runs
  • Assisting advisers with their regulatory returns to the FCA
  • Dealing with colleagues and partners from around the business on a daytoday basis
  • Fact finding and responding to payment queries
  • Providing support to the wider Finance Team
  • Daily SLA targets

Qualifications:

Level 3 AAT qualified preferred but not essential. Study support available.


Experience:

Ideally 2 years in a fast-paced, payment focussed environment

Good working knowledge of book-keeping procedures

£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
