Who We Are Looking For:
Warehouse Administrator
- Full Time 37.5h Permanent contract in Portlethen Warehouse
- The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the provision of administrative and technical support to the UKNS warehouse and SCM team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with Group Management System Procedures.
- Creating purchase requisitions in SAP for goods and services required for the warehouse. Carry out goods/service receipts where required.
- Process invoices including the hiring costs of containers, transport, crane, couriers, taxis, customs duty/VAT. Calculating the cost to each rig and creating service requisitions.
- Prepare and distribute monthly client onshore and offshore stock reports using SAP.
- Distribute client specific stock movement information.
- Liaise with finance to ensure punctual payment is made to vendors.
- Complete monthly PMF figures for Health and Safety Department.
- Updating monthly warehouse activity trackers.
- Checking and tracking dormant containers.
- Ensure weekly consumable schedule is completed and order any items as required.
- Administrative support where required.
- Management of expediting process for all purchase orders for UK continental shelf. Generation and distribution of a weekly expediting report.
- Responsible for the upkeep of the UK Intrastat reporting tracker.
- Maintain an awareness of current customs regulations to assist with issuing clearance instructions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administration role within a similar sector e.g., Oilfield Operator, Drilling Contractor, or Service Company.
- SAP experience desirable but not essential
- Maximo experience desirable but not essential
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Must portray strong organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workload
- Strong communicator, must speak and write fluent English
- Proven experience of working effectively both independently and as part of a team
