**NI Housing Executive - Handy Person

Coleraine**

Hourly Rate:£11.18p/h

Location: Coleraine

Hours of Work:37 hrs per week, 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon to Thursday and 8.30am - 4pm on Fridays.

Weekends off

Duties:

Provide an emergency call out service, at night and weekends, on a rota basis.
Responsible for completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks.
Roof work repairs (tiles and chimney), patching of plaster and brickwork, concrete paths and erecting metal handrails, sewer repairs, flagging and other general labouring tasks.

Criteria:

2 year's relevant experience in a similar role ie handy person / labourer or equivalent.
A full current driving licence and access to a form of transport.
