Description

Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Upsell products to customers based on their needs
  • Input customer data accurately into the system
  • Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Proficient in analyzing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,937.21 per year
