Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm - Hybrid
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment professional with excellent communication skills, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to join a growing Group in the Care sector.
The Role:
- Supporting the care homes with the inhouse recruitment service
- The coordination of endtoend recruitment campaigns to source, shortlist and select the best external and internal talent
- Working with the wider team to collate relevant MI reports.
- Ownership of the Applicant Tracking System, supporting the Care Home Managers to keep the system updated and current
- Onboarding administration including but not limited to; progressing offers of employment, reference and screening processing
- Assistance with contracts of employment
- First line HR support for a region of care homes
What we are looking for:
- Recruitment experience inhouse or agency
- A dynamic and enthusiastic individual
- Time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An individual able to use their own initiative in a busy environment
