Salary:
£23,500 - £25,500
CY Partners are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Chemist to join a growing Pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will assist in the development, synthesis and optimization of new and existing pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:

Synthesise Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) on a scale of milligrams to kilos.
Assist in the design and execution of experiments to support the development of new and existing products.
Conduct laboratory experiments following established protocols and procedures.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and support the development of new projects.
Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
