Hugely successful, Private Equity backed service provider business based in Harrogate currently require a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

This is a very inspiring and ambitious organisation that are wanting likeminded individuals to join their business to play an integral part in their success.

The role is for a Finance Business - offering an excellent all round finance opportunity, with varied responsibility.

They will provide huge scope for progression both parallel and vertical opportunities that will open up during your time in this business.

Reporting Directly into the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

Responsible for the day-to-day management accounting processes
Support the forecasting and budgeting process to ensure robust and challenging targets are set
Ensure the monthly group reporting procedures and deadlines are achieved to a high standard
Ensure financial controls are operating on site to minimise and eliminate risk
Provide Financial evaluation of capex appraisals
Support on bids and retenders and ensure financial implications of client contracts are understood and enforced
Develop action plans with Operations to improve margins
Proactively work with credit control, operations and the client to ensure invoiced debt is collected to terms
Ensure costs are accurately captured and recorded in the correct periods
Support in Ad hoc financial projects as and when required
Management of divisional finance team (1 direct report)

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below experience:

ACCA/CIMA/AAT qualified with previous strong experiences within the finance function.
Strong Excel skills
Ability to adapt and pick up projects on an ad hoc basis.
