Support worker needed for college in Uxbridge
Are you an experienced and confident Support Worker or Learning Support Assistant? Do you have teaching assistant experience or care assistant with behavioural and SEN support knowledge and are now seeking to join an outstanding college?

We are currently looking for a passionate Support Worker role to take a step into the education sector and to cover a full-time and long-term assignment that will start immediately for the full academic year 2023/2024.

If you are a Support Worker or have experience working with children, then this is the perfect role for you

About the role:

Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience
Develop positive interactions to build confidence and selfesteem
Assist the class teacher and offer support in classroom activities
Offer students a 1:1 and small groups support with their learning
Happy to carry out personal care as part of the role

Requirements:

Available to work 08:30 16:30, Monday to Friday
Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs
Available immediately to work as a Support Worker
