Jobstore UK are recruiting for an office administrator to join a well established and growing distribution company on Park Royal.

The Role:_
- Processing sales orders and inputting data accurately
- Creating work orders for the transport team.
- Administer customer orders as and when required
- Supporting the office manager
- Using CRM system to manage orders
- Cover reception when needed
- Answer queries by phone with a very good manner
- Chasing purchase orders to speed up the sales process
- Generating invoices and sending these to clients.
- Creating new and maintaining existing contracts with our customers.
Skills and Experience_
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential i.e. Office Admin/Sales Administrator or Sales / Purchase Order Processing
- Confident user of MS Office Suite including Office 365 and Excel.
- Excellent communications skills
- A keen eye for detail, taking pride in everything you do
- Loves a challenge and eager to learn new systems and processes
Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm
Salary:
£10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
