£30,000 + Pension + Private Medical

If IT is your field then you really need to consider this position for an IT Support Engineer with a progressive local organisation.

Some of your duties will include:

Working as a member of the IT team providing 1st and 2nd line support for clients
Ensuring that an excellent level of customer service is provided and trouble shooting client requirements
Responding to client IT Support issues and escalating to engineers when required
Providing technical support and assistance to clients onsite and remotely when needed
Trouble shooting hardware and software issues on Windows operating systems
Prioritising workload as needed to ensure client down time is minimised
