Operations Administrator - Edinburgh - Leading Financial Services Business - Salary around £25K plus Benefits
MBF are currently working with one of Scotland's premier Wealth Management organisations who are looking to recruit an Operations Assistant in Edinburgh.
The role:

Responsibilities will include:
- Arranging meetings
- Diary organisation across the organisation
- HR Administration
- Preparation for Staff Inductions
- Admin Support on compliance activities
- Arranging Travel
- Filing electronic documents
- Health and Safety support
- Liaising with Suppliers
- Assisting with Corporate Event organisation
- Project work in line with the business strategy
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent computer skills required with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong team player and interpersonal skills plus must be confident to work on their own initiative
- Good written and verbal communication skills
On offer:
- Salary will be around £25K as a starting salary plus benefits, with the opportunity to increase this to £30K+ once the person is selfsufficient, using their own initiative and learning more.
