Operations Administrator - Edinburgh - Leading Financial Services Business - Salary around £25K plus Benefits


MBF are currently working with one of Scotland's premier Wealth Management organisations who are looking to recruit an Operations Assistant in Edinburgh.


The role:
- paced environment and this role has real growth potential for the right person


Responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging meetings
  • Diary organisation across the organisation
  • HR Administration
  • Preparation for Staff Inductions
  • Admin Support on compliance activities
  • Arranging Travel
  • Filing electronic documents
  • Health and Safety support
  • Liaising with Suppliers
  • Assisting with Corporate Event organisation
  • Project work in line with the business strategy

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent computer skills required with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong team player and interpersonal skills plus must be confident to work on their own initiative
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

On offer:

  • Salary will be around £25K as a starting salary plus benefits, with the opportunity to increase this to £30K+ once the person is selfsufficient, using their own initiative and learning more.
  • An excellent opportunity to become an important part in the day to day running of a successful business.
