Contract Scotland has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client, a professional consultancy based in Musselburgh.
This is a full time, permanent position which has been created due to continued business growth.You will be officed based, Monday to Friday.
Working as part of a busy Project team you will provide administrative support the Director along with 2 Project Managers
Your duties will include:
- Arranging meetings including sending invites and organising catering
- Minute taking and distributing complete minutes
- Diary management
- Chasing up information from various key stakeholders
- Uploading documents
- Collating, creating and distributing reports
- Meeting preparation, ensuring Project Team and Director have everything required
- Booking travel and accommodation
Job Types:

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
