FORECOURT SUPERVISOR LEAD

Job description


Marldon Service Station is a busy Budgens store and fuel station and has been run by a local family for 50 years and has 4 sites around the bay.


We are now looking for an experienced Lead Supervisor who is honest, pro-active, energetic, and reliable to join our team.


Primarily based at Marldon Service Station, however due to staff holidays etc you may be required to assist at one of our other sites around the bay.

Various shifts as and when required from 6am to 10pm, Monday through to Sunday.

Reporting to the Forecourt Manager Jane Holloway, responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
Opening up and closing down of the company premises

Supervise, motivate and communicate all site duties effectively to team members

Till work, cash handling, deliveries and stock control

Ensuring that the shop floor is clean, presentable and tidy

Must be honest, reliable and deliver high quality customer service

Adhere to the Law and Health and Safety regulations that affect the company

Expected to cover holidays and sickness

Experience is preferred

22 days holiday plus bank holiday (pro rata)

Uniforms provided

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Paignton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
