About Our Client:

A well established retail client.

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Provide accurate and uptodate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address customer concerns and share best practices for providing exceptional service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (UK grammar).
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations, displaying empathy and understanding towards customers.
  • Strong problemsolving skills to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to work, demonstrating a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
