About Our Client:
A well established retail client.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide accurate and uptodate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address customer concerns and share best practices for providing exceptional service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (UK grammar).
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations, displaying empathy and understanding towards customers.
- Strong problemsolving skills to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive approach to work, demonstrating a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
