Administration Assistant - Client Services TeamWe are the most successful Independent Cruise Agent and take great pride in the service we provide to clients.
We now have an opportunity available within our Administration team, if you feel you can further enhance our customer service and bring valuable skills to this role we look forward to hearing from you.
As an Administration Assistant you will be confirming client bookings, checking all associated documentation and invoicing, collecting missing information and issuing tickets.
- Have a very high level of attention to detail
- Work methodically and accurately
- Possess good computer, organisational and communication skills.
- Work well within a team, being flexible to assist colleagues, but accountable for your own work
- Be committed to providing a service to clients and able to work within a high profile customer service environment.
- Friday including Bank Holidays on rotation.
Job Types:

Salary:
£21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
