To assist in the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of family-focused evidence-based individual and group interventions To work in partnership with service users, carers, EiP team, wider health & social care services, community assets and statutory and voluntary sector services.
To promote family/ carer understanding and support for service user recovery and to assist them in regaining and maintaining their place in the community.
