Baby Room Leader
Our client is an excellent Pre - school & Nursery part of the Award winning Nursery Group. The Nursery has children from ages 3 months to 5 years.

This particular role would be to Lead a baby room of ages from 3 months to 1 years old.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and lead the Baby room in a confident manner
  • Play fun learning games with the babies
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in the nursery
  • Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members in their daily tasks
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of children's development
  • Collaborate with other nursery leaders to ensure consistent practices and policies

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Minimum of level 2 Childcare qualification to be considered for the role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • CPR and First Aid certification would be excellent but not essential.

Salary:
Up to £28,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
