At KFH we are looking for a fleet logistics assistant to join our Fleet team in Wimbledon.


Are you organised and efficient? Looking for an administration role working with an assortment of cars? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? You will report into our Fleet Manager.


Responsibilities of a f
leet logistics assistant
include:

  • Preparing and delivering company cars to KFH employees, garages, and dealerships.
  • Managing parking and parking permits for our car fleet and spare vehicles.
  • Organising the spare key management system
  • Collate and reconcile invoices from third party suppliers and pass to the authorised signatory for approval in line with the accounts monthly payment schedule


At KFH we are looking for an individual with a proven track record in administration that offers outstanding communication, and someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients whilst achieving the right results and enhancing our reputation.
