Part Time - 2/3 days a week

Hybrid - 1 day in office

Salary:
£110,000 - £120,000 FTE

VisionFR is super excited to be working with a strategy, design and technology agency who designs communications, commerce and digital products to find a dynamic
part time Finance Director.

The
part time Finance Director will oversee all financial activities including budgeting, reporting and financial processes, ensuring that the agency consistently achieves and actioning course correction where necessary.

The
part time Finance Director will hold the leadership team accountable to objectives that impact financial performance, support the delivery of commercial strategy and help make long-term financial decisions regarding the company's future.

Key responsibilities of the
part time Finance Director

Accountable for key financial performance metrics owns P&L and Balance Sheet
Owning & optimising finance tools & processes eg cadence and format of reportingimplementing new efficiencies and enhancements to financial infrastructure
Strategic analysis, providing financial guidelines on budgets and forecasts
Providing strategic insight to leadership team around future growth
Scenario planning & helping to build course correction strategies
Predicting and optimising cash flow
Partnering with Sales, Delivery and Operations functions to manage revenue forecasting & recognition across all clients across the agency
Holds leadership team accountable to financial KPIs & where necessary supports development of improvement strategies
Input to MSA and Supplier contracts
Support commercial negotiations that reflect optimal engagements models (eg lockin, monthly billing, retained)
Financial risk management
Line management of finance personneloverseeing day to day finance operations
Net Profit
Cash Flow Health
Balance Sheet Ratios

Skills and qualities of a
part time Finance Director

Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
Good Business Partnering Skills
Experience of improving processes and systems
Worked in marcomms agency
Foreign exchange/hedging experience
