We are hiring a HR/Recruitment Coordinator on a permanent basis.

As the HR/Recruitment Coordinator you will play a key support role to the HR function, working across all business areas to provide administrative support enabling our business to meet and deliver its objectives through the effective sourcing, identification, and engagement of internal resources.


If you have lots of administrative experience and you are looking for a role where you can work autonomously whilst learning new skills in a small, friendly team, then this could be the role for you.


What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting in the management of our preferred agencies
  • Endtoend responsibility of agency worker transfers into our permanent team inclusive of gathering right to work clearance status
  • Getting involved in HR processes such as supporting with absence management queries, employee relations advice, supporting with disciplinary and grievance hearings (with support) and exit reviews
  • Building strong working relationships with external contacts and internal colleagues

What you'll bring:

  • Experience of working in a highvolume administration or coordination role
  • Confident using a variety of systems, platforms and using different tools
  • Confident in coming forward with new ideas and ways to reduce inefficiencies
  • Excellent prioritisation skills
  • Solid attention to detail
It would be great if you had any of the following:

  • Recruitment experience
  • Previous experience of within an HR environment
  • Experience of working with highvolume administration
  • Experience of working with confidential and sensitive data
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing/production environment would be an advantage
