Description
TWYN is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be working alongside our CFO and external accountants and be responsible for administering our financial activities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Processing online payments and manage and optimise cash flow reporting
- Managing accounts payable and global supplier relations
- Managing software revenue and operating cost reporting,
- Managing the invoice and information sharing process with external accountants for accounting records
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Resolve any discrepancies and support bank statement reconciliation process
- Prepare and maintain various financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with relevant stakeholders
- Manage endtoend monthend and yearend closing processes
- Support the preparation of VAT returns and others taxrelated documentation
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Analysis of financial data, identifying trends, and provide meaningful insights
- Assist with HMRC and Companies House reporting
- Assist with payroll processing queries and related statuary requirements
- Support the growth of the Finance and wider team
- Adhoc projects and reporting to FD and CEO
Desired but not Essential:
- Qualified/Part in CIMA/ACCA
- Experience working in a fastpaced, startup environment
- Data driven mindset
- An acute interest in tech, ideally software or SAAS
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules for statuary accounts and audit purposes
- Company Secretarial or Shareholder Administration experience
- Experience working with startup investors
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting/finance function/business
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and timemanagement skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaboration across functions
