Description

We are currently recruiting for a temporary works supervisor in Lewisham on temporary basis until March 2023

You will be working for a well-established housing provider and will be responsible for managing the delivery the Repairs and maintenance service across the organisations

You will supervise, manage, motivate and develop trade operatives, ensuring works are completed to the required standard and operatives are trained to the appropriate level.

Experience required
Previous social housing experience supervising a blue-collar work force
Demonstrable experience of working in the building trades industry
Familiar with NHF schedule of rates coding
