The primary purpose of this role is to lead the UK Parts warehouse, support customers with Parts enquiries and manage the UK warehouse / parts support team.

Promoting, developing, and sustaining good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction delivery. Drive continuous improvement using problem solving tools and techniques to enhance our customer experience.

Develop internal and external processes & relationships with upstream and downstream functional teams to deliver a "total quality service" to the entire customer bases.

This leadership role requires resilience and a willingness to challenge and drive change.

  • Manage the local parts team to deliver, industryleading operational and transportation performance based on comprehensive key performance indicators.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the Parts management team in identifying, assessing, and implementing changes in order to meet our strategic goals and annual operating plan (AOP).
  • Manage inbound / outbound freight couriers, put away and pick parts for customers' orders, manage stock levels through weekly/monthly cycle counting
  • Supervision of UK Parts warehouse team monitor and drive team performance, service excellence and ensure effective Parts support (inbound, outbound, picking and customer support) and drive performance, team member engagement, development (as appropriate) and succession planning
  • Ensure customer queries and complaints are dealt with efficiently and professionally (liaising with relevant Parts Sales / support team members)
  • Administration of documentation process and its respective controls, i

e:
packing / picking notices, transport bookings, Salesforce root cause analysis (RCA) and case updates.

  • Manage Track & Achieve monthly KPI's, (On Time Shipping, Quality, Stock Accuracy).
  • Liaise with team members where required to ensure a premium service is given including Parts Commercial sales, EDC operations, Parts Buyers, Technical Services, Finance, Machine Sales
  • Occasional travel required (1520%)
  • Education / Qualifications:
  • Secondary/High School Diploma or equivalent qualifications

Skills:


  • English language skills are mandatory due to the international setup of the Terex Services team and ability to communicate effectively through all communication media with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience within a warehouse/distribution centre Previous supervisory experience and demonstrates knowledge and awareness of people management skills including recruitment and selection, performance management, development, motivation, and team building
  • Ability to manage operational aspects and provide visible daily support to the team
  • Strong administration experience with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload as well as manage the workload of others to ensure deadlines are met
  • Experience within a customer service environment with a thorough and proactive approach to solving customer issues and problem solving
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment and resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

Personal Disposition:

  • Good level of physical fitness as will be required to move and lift parts and deliveries using safe manual handling techniques
