1921, the group trades under eight brands and has branches located in Lincolnshire, around the M25 and throughout London as well as across the south of England.

Lawsons have a proven track record for developing and growing talent. Past apprentices and graduates are now managers and department heads that have progressed through the business.

Due to the continued growth of the business and the Group, we are now looking for Apprentices with a strong desire and passion to learn and develop our business to start their journey with Lawsons.

Apprenticeship Programme 2024/2025

We are proud to offer an Apprenticeship that during the first year will offer a level 2 Trade Supplier qualification which will support and help you to be a great colleague in one of our branches, pulling together product knowledge and gaining a strong understanding of our customer base.

Year 2 will see you progress onto a level 3 qualification in either sales, customer service, team leadership or operations.

We are looking for ambitious and focused individuals with a desire to develop a successful career in a dynamic organisation.

If you are motivated, able to use your own initiative and ready to start in September/October 2024, then this will be the apprenticeship for you.

**Key Requirements for the Programme

Hold a full UK driving license.
Flexibility, adaptability, and confidence to move between departments.
