Description

Monday to Friday 0800 to 1600 working in the following areas, Birmingham and Wolverhampton.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of employees in the designated area
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve departmental goals
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to meet production targets
Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
Excellent problemsolving skills
Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities
Drivers Licence essential
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
