NHS Grampian has a permanent position available for a switchboard supervisor to join the supervisory team at the busy central switchboard at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, as part of the ICT Services, Customer Services team.


The post is full time (37.5 Hours per week), and will require shift work to cover the core hours of the Switchboard service and participation in an on-call rota is also required.

The post requires excellent communications skills both written and oral and will deal with staffing, and providing advice and support on "telephony" services to NHS employees and the Public.

Full training will be given to the successful applicant but knowledge of NHS Grampian would be useful. The post is based at the Communications Centre at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
