Location:
London City - Office Based Role
Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum
The Job Role:
Our client are an international firm with multiple offices in different countries.
They are currently recruiting an experienced
Legal Marketing Manager who will be responsible for supporting a wide range of business development and marketing activities relevant to the firm's UK and European operations.
The firm has an ambitious expansion plan for next years and they are seekingan exceptional
Legal marketing manager to join the team who can contribute to the firm's growth.
The Role:
Skills & Experience:
- You need to have strong previous marketing management experience, ideally from within the legal sector,
- Have strong written and oral communication skills, focussed, and understand online SEO requirements to improve the firm's visibility online.
- Have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of people from various backgrounds and departments,
- Be a natural leader and be open and receptive to new ideas.
- The successful marketing manager must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently,
Duties:

Business planning: advise the partners and play a key role developing a strategy for the direction and delivery of proactive business development activities.

Client development: identify and help grow the client base in key areas of focus and assist the Head of European Business Development and Marketing to coordinate and execute client targeting activities.

Profile-raising: work with the marketing and PR teams to find ways to raise the firm's profile in key areas of focus across different platforms (press, client publications, industry publications and social media) as well as identify other profile-raisingopportunities.

Marketing collateral: work collaboratively to create and maintain tailored materials for various business development opportunities including client presentations, lawyer biographies and other client-facing materials.

Budget: work with the partners, lawyers and the Head of Business Development to budget and track marketing spend to maximise the firm's return on investment
- Be educated to at least degree level
- Have a high standard of written and spoken English
- Have experience of communications, PR or marketing within a legal firm
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to adapt tone of communications for specified audiences
- Have an eye for detail
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Can do attitude
