- what you'll be doing

We are looking for an RGM & Innovation Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team.

As a key business partner to the European marketing team, this role is a great opportunity to be at the heart of the European business.

You will be the finance partner on lots of innovation projects - working alongside marketing, commercial and supply to build the P&L of our innovation pipeline.

But innovation is only part of what you will do - you will provide insight and analysis across the whole of the product portfolio to make sure we make the best decisions to drive our overall revenue and margin ambitions for both today and the future.-We're always looking for ways to do things better too, so we're after a growth mindset to drive new tools and ways of working to keep us at the top of our game.

- you'll have

A great understanding of how a P&L works
Business partnering experience and skills
A proven ability to turn data into insights and actions
Strategic financial thinking (although not necessarily a finance background), coupled with leadership and communication skills to tell your story in a compelling and clear way
The ability to influence others and work collaboratively in project teams with conflicting priorities to find the best overall business outcome
A growth mindset always thinking how we can do what we do better
