Store Assistant - Job description

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and a unique experience for every customer.
Become knowledgeable in the product range and store layout to be able to assist the customers when needed.
Assist in product placement, restocking the shop floor, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Picking and packing tiles in our onsite warehouse.

Assisting customers with their goods.

Work with the assistant and store manager to ensure the customer experience is of the highest quality.

Skills Required:

Customer service experience.
Cashier experience desirable.
Strong communication skills.
Enthusiastic and hard working.
Enjoys working in a team.

Tiles are quite heavy so there is a lot of heavy lifting.
