The Role:

Fantastic opportunity to join the market-leading Sales Support team within the M&G Wealth Intermediaries function who have exceptional pride.

We're looking for a passionate people leader who loves a challenge, who will embrace a diverse day, who can think on their feet, and be part of a growing, dynamically changing exciting sales support environment.

The Sales Support function provides 'best in class' proactive sales support, helping our Financial Advisers strengthen and grow their business by creating great client outcomes through our products and propositions.

This is all achieved through an exceptionalpartnership with the Intermediated Distribution sales teams, helping them to achieve their growth ambition and deliver their sales targets through maximising our lead generation opportunities.

We build trust and confidence with our advisers, developing and nurturing our relationships, through our knowledge and experience.

We take pride in helping educate our advisers to save time by becoming self-sufficient with our digital and products journeys,making us easy to deal with.


What will help you excel in this role?:

  • Relevant professional qualifications (R01 and R04 or equivalent) or working towards
  • Strong people management experience within Financial Services
  • Working knowledge of life and pensions products, markets and competitors is helpful
  • Experience of supporting sales management and propositions
  • Have a passion for helping people, and your customers
  • The ability to inspire confidence and motivate
  • Be tenacious and have a healthy appetite to assess and solve problems
  • Collaboration and teamship qualities
