The postholder will join an evolving and collaborative Executive Support Team within the Vice-Chancellor's Office, and will play a key role in supporting the CFO and COO to deliver their immediate and longer-term objectives.

Working closely with the Head of the Vice-Chancellor's Office, the postholder will be the first point of contact for the CFO and COO in respect of all aspects of their portfolios and the day-to-day running of their offices, diaries and correspondence.

This role will be critical in supporting our Senior Leadership Team to deliver Swansea University's ambitious strategic aims, by providing a professional service, shaped and informed by the priorities of our University and the broader Higher Education sector.
