  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and backofhouse areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order replenishments as needed
  • Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety policies and procedures

  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is required
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, and equipment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other departments
  • Detailoriented with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Proficient in computer systems/software used in the hospitality industry

Job Type:

£11.50-£12.00 per hour
