Deputy Manager required Children's Homes in Enfield EN3 up to £34k


We are looking for a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager of our new solo unit home for 11-18s with EBD challenging behaviour.

£32k to £34k depending on experience,


Requirements:
Deputy Manager

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working with young people in Residential Care and at least 1 years of experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior in Children homes
  • Be able to demonstrate auditing, managing budgets and monitoring skills
  • Can evidence knowledge of Reg 44 and Reg 45 reporting.
  • Can demonstrate how to develop a staff team to ensure they have clear vision and goals.
  • Has a good working knowledge of Children's homes regulations and the Social care common inspection framework
  • Has strong values and beliefs
  • Has integrity and good character
  • Can evidence experience of working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Can evidence knowledge of working within a clear therapeutic framework and the importance of multidisciplinary working.
  • Level 3 Children and Young People or equivalent and have or happy to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
