Goodman Masson is delighted to be exclusively working with a leading global Merchant Bank.

This mid-market technology advisory business is widely regarded as a market leader in the sub-sectors they operate in, and clients include household names and up-and-comingentrepreneurial companies looking for help with growth.

Our client is looking to hire a full-time Investment Banking/PE Analyst 1 for their London team.

With exceptional leadership and a lean team, this is an opportunity for a recent graduate, or 1st-year Analyst, looking to move into the world of InvestmentBanking and Investments.


Role:

The London team is looking for a bright, energetic, and ambitious individual.

The individual will be exposed to and taught the way the team works throughout the lifespan of the deal process.

As a boutique, the company is well-positioned to ensure an Analyst/recentgraduate will experience the end-to-end cycle of a deal.

Given the leniency and opportunity of the business, this is a one-time opportunity to move into Investment Banking and Private Equity following internship experience.


Requirements:


  • Exceptional academics (2.1 or above from a top University)
  • Strong internship experience in corporate finance and M&A
  • A finance/accounting background (A medical or scientific background would also benefit their HealthTech coverage)
  • Strong interests in technology segments (EdTech, HealthTech, FoodTech) and ambition in corporate finance, M&A, or investments
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent presentation and clientfacing skills
  • Analytical prowess and methodical nature
