The Growth Company's (GC) Employment team have an exciting new opportunity for a Team Support Co-ordinator to assist and support the Marketing team in key administrative tasks, including those related to finances and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the organisation of seminars, conferences, and workshops, ensuring the effective administration of such events including promotion and venues, and delegate registration, attendance, and feedback.
  • Produce management information reports in line with business requirements and timescales as well as in response to ad hoc requests; support managers to prepare reports to the senior team, Boards, and partners/funders.
  • Undertake accurate and timely financial administration including raising purchase orders and sales invoices, processing of invoices, and financial period reconciliations and reporting.
  • Monitor the delivery and progress of marketing activities and provide associated management information.
  • Ensure databases, libraries and other information sources are accurately maintained.
  • Coordinate photography and video shoots, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and liaising with suppliers and clients.
  • Implement effective office systems to support managers and colleagues in the efficient use of resources.

  • High level written and oral communication skills.
  • Sound professional judgment and the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Responds positively to new and revised programmes.

Skills Required:


  • Experience in financial administration.
  • Proof of delivering projects of work in order to meet defined targets and competing priorities.
  • Being able to review systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Use of data bases, management information systems, CRM systems.
