We are a growing provider of Event Traffic Management services across the United Kingdom and require a full time Scheduling and Recruitment assistant to support our work at Major Events.


The role will involve travelling to events across the United Kingdom to help check staff in, issue uniform and radios and help ensure their welfare as our top priority.


Please note, this will involve working Bank Holidays (such as End of May Bank Holiday and August Bank Holiday) as well as Weekends.

Essential Skills

  • Good oral and written English
  • Good IT skills
  • Good Numeracy skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Good ability of using mobile based apps
  • Able to work by yourself and as part of a multilevel team


You will be required to attend Silverstone F1 Circuit for training then arrange transport to/from events across England such as Leeds, Newquay, Bristol, Cumbria etc.


£23,000 salary is pro rata.

Part-time hours: 8-20 per week
