Meraki Talent are engaged on an exciting permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk role based in Edinburgh paying a £27,000 - £28,000 with an excellent benefits package.

The Role
The successful individual will play a fundamental role within a highly successful and performing finance team.

You will be responsible for all aspects of accounts payable including all invoicing, PO number coding & authorisation, discrepancy investigates, payment runs, bank & supplier reconciliations, and building relationships with clients & suppliers.


  • Matching, checking and coding invoices
  • Making payments
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Filing invoices
  • Managing petty cash
  • Reviewing and developing processes, procedures & controls
***We are keen to engaged with individuals that have at least 18 months practical accounts payable experience.


To be successful in this role you must have a can-do attitude, the ability to prioritise your own workload and experience working in a busy fast-paced environment.

Lastly, the ability to work off your own initiative is vital.

The role of Purchase Ledger Clerk is based in Edinburgh and is offering the following package:
