Line Operator - Production


White Label Cocktails are expanding As we continue to grow as a company we are adding a second Canning Line into our Production warehouse.

We are passionate about our team and meeting the demand and quality standards of our clients.

Supplying high end pre-batched cocktails to the retail and events industries, we thrive on bar quality products in home or event settings.


About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate our canning line machinery. You'll ensure the consistent and efficient running of production. Meeting daily demand, minimising any possible downtime, and delivering a great product to our clients. To us, a great machine operator is reliable, driven and efficient. Ability to work well in a team environment, compliance with health and safety, as well as food standards is essential.

  • Ensuring the line is started on time.
  • Meeting canning line demands from the production plan.
  • Adhering to all H&S requirements.
  • General running of the machinery.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the line and the tanks.
  • Following procedures as per company requirements.
  • Maintain hygienic, food safe working conditions in accordance with the company's standards.
  • Ensuring mínimal downtime.
  • Ensure the quality of the product from tank to the finished & packed product.
  • Report directly to the Production Manager, including daily performance, and communicating any problems or obstacles that impact production times.
  • Quality control process including collecting, logging and keeping accurate records.

About You

  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety, and food safety requirements.
  • Great teamwork & communication skills.
  • Ability to firefight production issues & problem solve.
  • Knowledge of this role or similar.
  • Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of carbonation, beverage canning, nitrogen & C02 use
  • Desired.


  • Forklift License

  • Highly Desirable, but not essential.
  • Love of cocktails is an added bonus
Minimum 40 hours a week, £13.50 an hour. Monday to Friday.
