We are looking for a
CRM Functional Support to join our
Application Support Team as part of our Technology Division.

CRM Functional Support


Salary:
£30-34,000 per annum (inclusive of London weighting)


Contract:
Permanent, full time


Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Hybrid between head office in Hampstead, London, and home**Anthony Nolan has launched a new and exciting strategy to deliver impact for patients and their families who need our support.

We have an ambitious plan to grow and diversify our portfolio to enable us to ensure the sustainability of our operation and develop innovative activity to transform the lives of patients with blood cancer.


The role of CRM Functional Support within Anthony Nolan draws upon and combines the ability to support our users and fix issues with our Microsoft Dynamics 365 products and services developed by our in-house developers and 3rd parties, as well as keeping our support ticket tracking system up to date with details of the issues and their current status.


A successful CRM Functional Support at Anthony Nolan will be able to quickly and efficiently analyse issues reported via our support tracking system, break them down, liaise with users and either resolve the issue or liaise with our development team to ensure a fix is available on a timely basis.


You will develop working relationships with our users and our development team and understand their working practices and processes to ensure that our systems are effectively supported.
