Are you an experienced Powder Coater looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Stoke-on-Trent, is seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join their team on the night shift.

Position:
Powder Coater (Night Shift)


Location:
Stoke-on-Trent


Shift:
Night Shift (Mon-Thurs)


Salary:
£28, £30,500.00


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operate and maintain powder coating equipment efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
  • Select and mix appropriate coatings and colours to achieve desired finish.
  • Monitor and control equipment settings to achieve optimal results.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues as they arise.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Powder Coater in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of coating equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Attention to detail and ability to consistently produce highquality finishes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude for minor equipment troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Health and safetyconscious mindset.
