Top-tier professional services firm requires Senior Quality Reviewer for its successful and growing Newcastle delivery centre, to work as part of a relatively new and growing team, established to review the quality of Audit set up documentation completed byjunior team members.

**W_orking closely with team members, your key responsibilities as Senior Quality Reviewer_will include: - **- Primary focus on quality of output/delivery

  • Key reviewer for documentation prepared by the Audit support team juniors
  • Training, overseeing and coaching the juniors in all aspects of documentation Quality
  • Continuous improvement and development of the Audit set up teams processes and knowledge
  • Playing a key part in the oversight and planning of client delivery and pipeline formation for the team
  • Contributing to the management team

As Senior Quality Reviewer you will offer:_**- Previous experience in a similar fast-moving, service-focussed Quality/Assurance Review driven role and environment - ideally Financial Services, perhaps involving Assurance, Tax, Transaction and Advisory service delivery

  • A good understanding of Assurance/Audit is beneficial
  • High attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, positive and resilient with good project management skills
  • The desire to develop within the role and team
  • The ability to deliver solutions creatively and effectively, under pressure and to tight deadlines, maintaining quality, compliance, confidentiality, credibility, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with colleagues a strong team player

_Senior Quality Reviewer benefits and rewards:_
- £32,000 to £39,000 salary with excellent flexible working arrangements and benefits package
